Analyzing real estate lead data from your website

There are a lot of benefits to properly analyzing the user data of the online real estate consumer before making the follow up call or email.  Having a little inside information on your lead prior to aqttempting contact speeds the process of building rapport and ultimately put you in a better position to convert the lead to a customer.

Good idea. Its better to be prepared before contacting a potential client. Many websites will have the info you need at your fingertips and helps on how to decipher the info if needed.

Its all about understanding the needs of your client and having the ability to focus on those needs instead of fact finding on the very first call.
